ASN: Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Adult Services Network (ASN)?

The Adult Services Network (ASN) provides hosting and site management tools for various membership websites. The idea is to allow you, the customer, the best service experience by giving you a consistent set of tools to manage your account across all of the websites hosted on our network.

ASN does not produce the websites hosted on our network, nor do we make any of the content that you may see inside of them. However, if you see something that you suspect may be illegal, please see this question.

ASN does not own the websites hosted on our network, so if you have any questions (business inquiries, copyright questions, etc), please direct them to the webmaster of the site in question. ASN can not make legal descisions on behalf of webmasters using our network.

ASN also does not directly bill you, the customer. We provide a system which allows webmasters to use the services of several third party billing companies. If you have a question about who will actually be billing your card for access, refer back to the website's join page, look up your subscription here, or consult this question.

What is this company listed on my statement?

If you have an existing subscription, please see this page to see which billing company handled your transaction.

ASN works with the following companies to provide billing services to the websites on our networks.

In the event that you have problems with your subscription, you can likely resolve them online using the tools on this customer service page. Please see the left navigation area for the online tools. If your problem is not listed, or is beyond the scope of our online tools, please contact us.

If you know which billing company processed your subscription, you can contact them directly using the URLs above.

Will I be rebilled for a free trial?

The billing options are configured by the webmasters who own the websites hosted on our network. We do not set billing plans ourselves. (See this question for an explanation of ASN's role in your membership.

However, it is very common for webmasters to implement an 'automatic rebilling' system on their website subscriptions. The goal is not to defraud, but to provide a convenient way for the customer to continue to enjoy a website month after month without having to fill out a new signup form and create an account every 30 days. Canceling your membership and stopping further rebilling is always available online, and is as easy as choosing the subscription you'd like to cancel. Use the tools available on this page to do so.

Please note that due to the possibility of a high volume of inquiries or network congestion, cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours of your trial to ensure that you will not be re-billed. Re-bills resulting from cancellations made after the first 24 hours of the trial are non-refundable.

If you suspect your cancellation was not properly processed by our systems or the billing company, please contact us, and we will be glad to help you out.

What should I do if I suspect illegal content?

As stated here, ASN does not produce or determine the content which is shown on the websites on our network. However, we do have strict rules that the webmasters utilizing our service are required to follow. Below is a list of content which we have no tolerance for.

  • Content which violates copyright. This includes images, text, music files, movies or any other multimedia content which the webmaster does not own a license to use.
  • Child Pornography. ASN requires that webmasters putting websites on our network follow all United States law related to the age of models.
  • Any Illegal Content. Any other content that is found to be in violation of United States law is prohibited from our network.

If you suspect that a website hosted on our network is providing any of the type of content listed above, please contact our compliance team immediately so that we can fully investigate.

What if I'm having trouble logging into or viewing websites?

Please visit our download center to get the latest web software for your platform. Most problems can be solved by your software.

If you continue to have problems accessing pages on asn.net (such as this customer service website), please contact ASN.

If you're having problems accessing content inside the pay (or members) area of a website hosted on our network, please contact that website's membership support. ASN does not produce that content, and it is likely hosted on different servers.

My card has been used fraudulently in the past and now I can't join a website. Why is this?

Any time fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card, the card is added to a negative database which prevents any further transactions on this card. This is to protect the cardholder, but also to reduce overhead associated with fraud. This keeps website membership prices low and provides security for both parties.

Why haven't I received an answer from support yet?

Our business hours are 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If we receive your email or voicemail outside of business hours, we will attempt to get back to you on the following business day.

Please note that most problems customers experience can be solved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the online tools available on this customer service webpage.

What does it mean when my account is 'locked out?'

You need to contact us to get your account unlocked.

If our system detects that multiple people are using your account, it will become locked out. This can happen if you're sharing your username and password with friends, or if someone has guessed your password and has spread it around the internet.

When you contact customer service, we'll ask you to change your password, then unlock your account. To keep it from being locked out again, please try to do the following:

  • Pick a password that is hard to guess.
  • Don't share your password with friends.
